Frequenty Asked Questions

After six months, you will be billed monthly in order to continue to keep the website live.  If your payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to:
Suspend access to website updates, support, and maintenance services and temporarily take the website offline until payment is received.

If payment remains overdue for more than 30 days, we may:
Terminate the agreement and permanently take the website offline. We will then require full payment of all overdue balances.

You may cancel the service after the initial 6-month term. If you choose to cancel, you must provide 30 days’ written notice.

We will register the domain on your behalf: The domain will only transfer to your ownership once all payments are made in full, including any outstanding balances or fees. If you cancel after the intial 6 months and all payments are up to date, we will transfer the domain name to your ownership.

If your payments are up to date, hosting services will end at the conclusion of the last paid billing cycle. If you wish to keep your website live, you must arrange for your own hosting provider at that point. We will not continue hosting the site once the service ends. Website files (design, code, etc.) are automatically transferred to you if all outstanding payments are made in full.

 

You can request a copy of your website files after the initial 6-month term, provided your account is in good standing (no overdue payments). Once the full balance is paid, we will transfer ownership of the website content you provided, such as images, text, and documents. All the Design & Development Files remain our property until the 6-month minimum term is completed and payments are up to date. Afterward, upon request, we will transfer ownership of any custom content and files we created specifically for your site, excluding templates, frameworks, or code we’ve used for other projects.

Your website will be built on a staging server not visible to the public using WordPress. When ready, we will move it to a staging server under your domain name.

If you want special features like additional pages, appointments, events, sliding carousels, intake forms, polls, etc. We will be glad to give you a quote.
